Summary: Sets and clears cafe tables; stocks all service stations; assists cashiers and cooks with cafe service products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Quickly clears dirty cafe tables; promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment, including silverware, napkins and condiments; wipes down tables and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
• Service guest questions with proper customer service and hospitality.
• Transports all dirty trays, bins, etc. from cafe to dishwashing area.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Performs all assigned side work, including replenishing condiment tables and restocking the cafe.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests and replenishing the salad bar.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
