Looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep!

Job Description:
-To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through processing orders and inquiries for both external & internal customers
-Answer phones (20 per day) and provide visitor reception
-Sales order entry.
-Code and enter customer purchase orders.
-Check for material availability and coordinate with scheduling to produce.
-Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Such as order status, expediting delivery, material availability, resolving complaints, etc.
-60 emails per day, 10 faxes per day

Qualifications:

MUST HAVEs
-Minimum three years of Customer Service experience (preferably in manufacturing/supply chain industry)
-Minimum three years of experience using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Experience using ERP system (they us MAS 200 and M2M)
-HS Diploma or GED

NICE TO HAVEs
-Strong proficiency with MS Excel
-College Degree
-Manufacturing industry experience
-Experience using M2M (Made 2 Manage) and MAS 200

SOFT SKILLS
-Reliable
-Strong Communication Skills (Professionalism)
-Basic math and computing skills
-Strong work ethic
-Calm in the midst of chaos/adversity
