Tire Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Used Tire Warehouse, Inc. is currently seeking Full-Time or Part-Time team members to join a FAST PACED and successful Tire Shop!

Job Description:

At Used Tire Warehouse, Inc. lube/tire technicians are responsible for performing tasks to replace customers tires and perform oil changes. Technicians are responsible for mounting, balancing, repairing and rotating tires. Tire Technicians use jacks as well as tire equipment (balancers and lifts) and tools to perform jobs required of them. Tire technicians work together with “teammates” to successfully complete jobs written on work orders delivered to them from the sales associates. Tire technicians must have strong customer-service skills and have a solid understanding of tire repair and be able to maintain equipment. Technicians must be able to work independently and collaboratively with fellow co-workers. Tire technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the shop.

Job Duties/Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

· Mount, balance, install, repair and rotate tires

· Read work orders and fill out work orders

· Use jacks, tire equipment (balancers, lifts, etc.) and tools

· Perform oil changes

· Organize/Clean tire shop

Job Requirements:

· Positive attitude

· Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently with little to no supervision

· Tire experience preferred

· Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

· Clean driving record

· Be able to stand for extended periods of time

· Be able to lift 50+lbs on occasion/Be standing for extended periods of time
