Our fast-paced Home Health Agency has a part time opening for a professional On-Call Staffing Coordinator. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a great attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task, with the confidence to work on your own. The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle high stress situations on a daily basis as well as the ability to complete the following tasks :
**Must have a Level 2 AHCA Background Screening
Answering phone calls during after hours Monday through Thursday 5:00pm through the next morning 8:00am and (weekends) Friday 5:00pm through Monday until 8am Bi-Weekly
Education and Experience Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Answering & Handling phone calls Nights and Weekends
- Detail Reporting of daily occurrences
- Strong Computer Skills
- Scheduling Client Shifts & Staffing a pool of CAREGiver on an ongoing basis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team approach
- Ability to work from home with internet access

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school graduation or the equivalent
- One year of related business experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Hillsborough Senior Care, Inc. dba an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
- Must be able to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners and their staff
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
