Service Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized and outgoing individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Our Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and maintaining services for our clients. Some responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
• Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.

Successful candidates must possess:
•             Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
•             Highly proficient computer skills (Microsoft office, social media)
•             Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task and remain focused
