SUMMARY

A Consumer Support Agent receives inbound phone calls from consumers who have questions about the consumer reports provided by RealPage to RealPage clients, who are owners and managers of multi-family properties.   Agents quickly respond to the call, assist the consumer with providing the information necessary for RealPage to resolve the consumer’s inquiry, and accurately record all issues in the appropriate tool.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Full-time on phone support for consumers who have inquiries regarding the consumer reports   provided by RealPage’s LeasingDesk Screening product
•    Accurately document and record issues within the appropriate tool
•    Achieve or exceed minimum service level requirements set forth by management
•    Gain ‘Certification’ in assigned areas
•    Perform administrative duties as required
            
          
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
•    Great consumer service and phone etiquette skills required; minimum of 2 years providing high quality service to consumers
•    Call center experience highly desired
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Familiarity with basic office productivity software
•    Experience in Multifamily housing preferred
•    Minimum of 30 wpm typing skills and capture detailed information
•    Bachelor degree preferred; high school or equivalent required
•    Ability to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about
•    Occasional overtime may be requested
•    Flexible to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
•    Ability to adjust priorities, manage change and time wisely in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
•    Excellent problem solving skills required
