Position Summary
The Customer Support Specialist ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed by responding to customers’ requests, orders, questions, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner, while exercising the highest level of service and quality.
Qualified candidate for this position must have a passion for excellence, outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to readily build relationships over the phone. Additionally, a qualified candidate must be quality focused, an effective team player, and motivated to achieve a rewarding career within the organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Accurately enters customer data.
- Addresses basic technical support questions (Website Navigation).
- Receives inbound calls and responds to calls appropriately.
- Reads and responds to IT Help Desk email.
- Promptly resolves customer service issues to the customer’s satisfaction per company procedures and standards.
- Creates and maintains customer accounts in database.
- Performs administrative duties, reports, and special projects associated with customer support.

- Associate’s degree or 2 years work experience in customer support.
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and analysis skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and professional presence.
- Ability to multitask.
- Innovative problem solver, results minded, and solution focused.
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Highly skilled in Excel (MS Office 2010 or 2013).
