The magnitude of beauty at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort () is one that defines the elegance of a European Chateau with the back drop of the Rocky Mountains. The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort and Spa is now hiring a Valet Dispatch, Full Time Year Round.

Job Summary:

The Valet Dispatch will serve internal and external guests while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following Marriott standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. In addition, the Valet Dispatch is responsible for:

• Managing and organizing guest vehicle keys, records
• Responding to all radio contact for valet, bell, and door staff
• Recording and understanding GuestWare entries.
• Updating current arrival and departure figures
• Printing CME arrival list as well as in-house Elite and VIP list.
• Assisting overnight staff by recording PMS account numbers for vehicles.
• Making cash drops for valet charges received.
