Category Analyst
The Category Analyst position supports the development of customer and client sales growth strategies by providing insightful analytics and shopper insights that support a mutually beneficial growth plan. This position interfaces with customers, various members of the category management and customer development teams.
Responsibilities
- Interface with our client and customer teams to integrate syndicated information into presentations
- Develop category reviews, prepare new item presentations, provide assortment and promotion analysis and handle ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- Ability to source data from syndicated and/or market resources
- Ability to analyze, interpret and organize data into a presentation format, adhering to category management fundamentals
- Possess excellent Excel and Power Point skills
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills across an organization
