Our client, a growing and reputable ecommerce company is seeking a Customer Service Manager!

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Hours: Monday - Friday either 11am/12pm - 7/8pm or 10am - 6pm (flexibility on the hours if needed), must be flexible to work one Sunday per month 11am - 5pm

Salary: $50,000 contingent upon experience

The ideal candidate must be computer savvy, have great attention to detail and have outstanding multi-tasking abilities! Must be able to think outside the box and think critically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. MUST be a team player! MUST have previous experience overseeing customer service agents.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing up to 5 customer service agents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors and employees
  • Monitoring staff
  • Training staff
  • Ensuring the agents are providing quality assistance to their customers
  • Assist with escalated inquiries, concerns, problems
