Job Title: Fraud Specialist

Successful candidate must be available for any work schedule within any hours of operation.
Current account hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am thru 11:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am through 7:30 pm and subject to change based on client needs.

- Review transactions and authenticate the information provided by customers.
- Utilize multiple data sources and interpret, organize, and process information to review transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Analyze data and reports, and work orders offline to find new fraud trends or identify fraudulent orders.
- Handle inbound calls and review real-time orders in a case management system.
- Make outbound calls to confirm customer information on orders.
- Use the customer information provided on the order to quickly make a fair and accurate decision on the customer's behalf.

- Ability to use multiple systems concurrently, performing quick searches in each
- Ability to identify and adapt to changing fraud trends on a daily basis

- Ability to manage information of a proprietary and confidential nature, that belongs to both customers and the corporation
- Ability to multi-task
- Courtesy and professionalism, as always, is a must
- Background check is required (no felonies and no misdemeanors related to fraud, theft, or dishonesty/deception)
- High School Diploma/GED required
