Job Title: Fraud Specialist

As a Fraud Specialist you will:
  • Review transactions and authenticate the information provided by customers.
  • Utilize multiple data sources and interpret, organize, and process information to review transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Analyze data and reports, and work orders offline to find new fraud trends or identify fraudulent orders.
  • Handle inbound calls and review real-time orders in a case management system.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm customer information on orders.
  • Use the customer information provided on the order to quickly make a fair and accurate decision on the customer's behalf.

  • High School Diploma/GED required

Successful candidate must be available for any work schedule within any hours of operation.

Current account hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am thru 11:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am through 7:30 pm and subject to change based on client needs.
