We are currently seeking a Full-Time ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR. The Administrative Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties and support other team members in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.  This role requires the ability to deliver results with a huge focus on customer service, teamwork and collaboration.  Planning and organizing, resilience and working in a fast-paced environment are key competencies needed for the ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR position. 
 Requirements
  • Associates Degree or higher in a Human Service or related field
  • Minimum two years of related office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must possess an upbeat, friendly and positive personality
