About this job
Our contractor will be responsible for all facility repairs related to carpentry on the campus.
- Constructs, maintains, and repairs wooden structures
- Installs metal partitions
- Laying tile and linoleum
- may perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and reconditioning work
- basic masonry repair work
MUST HAVES -
1) 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience - commercial carpentry meaning working for a GC or sub as a carpenter working on commercial facilities such as shopping, restaurants, office space, mixed use housing, or retirement housing
2) metal studs
3) experience installing doors and door frames
