About this job
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience such as (medical receptionist, call center rep, admin, etc.)
- 2+ years of customer service or human services experience.
- Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Open to some travel
Duties:
- Conduct face-to-face outreach meetings
- Review policies and procedures about the company and the process of educating the public
- Maintain good customer service practices
- Help match families with the right health care coverage so they can find a doctor in their neighborhood who speaks their language and meets their medical needs
