Inside Sales Representative

Aerotek's client is looking for experienced Sales people to join their growing Inside Sales team. This position is a permanent, full-time, position!

This position offers:

• NO COLD CALLING!!
• Uncapped commission!
• Top Sales Person last year made $250,000/year!
• Standard 9am-5pm Hours Monday - Friday!

Job Description:

• These representatives will be responsible for building relationships with small business owners across the US.
• It is a "sales" job, but there is no cold calling and all correspondence is done over the phone.
• They will be responsible for multitasking the entire process within their daily activities.
• Making calls, following up on leads, sending out applications, and closing the deal.
  
  Job Requirements:
• 1+ years of Sales experience
• Exceptional phone and communication skills
• Experience building relationships with clients over the phone
