CNC Milling Operator

MUST HAVES:
- CNC Milling or CNC Lathe Operating Experience
- Capable of using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for inspection
- Production Machining

This individual will be responsible for operating a CNC Vertical Milling Center. This will mainly be CNC Haas Mills with Haas Controls. They will be cutting materials such as Aluminum, Nickel, Titanium, Stainless etc...This is a production machining position and will be required to run 10-100 parts per run. Candidates will be working with tight tolerances ( +/- 5 Thousandths of an inch to +/- 2 tenths of an inch)(Typically small parts up to 6 inches)
This candidate will be responsible for performing first piece, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts. They will be using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators. They will be responsible for documenting all measurements.
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that their work stations are kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
