Restaurant Manager
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is looking for outstanding Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers in the North Fort Worth and Greater North Tarrant County area. Candidates must be team leader/motivators and have a passion for the food industry. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and prior restaurant management experience.
All of our managers are very hands-on and pitch in where needed, from doing dishes to interacting with customers. Due to our catering and delivery orders, managers must have a valid driver's license.
Primary job duties include:

Ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Managing employees and creating a positive team environment.

Ordering, inventory control, and quality assurance.

Managers must be hands-on due to the small size of our operation.

Ensuring all delivery and catering orders are completed successfully.
Previous restaurant management experience required. Bi-lingual speaking is a plus.
