Retail Manager/Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Simone's Unlimited is one of the most recognized and sought after bridal boutique and Day Spa in Central Pa We are known for our "one stop Shop" reputation."From Shoes to Up does" is our slogan.We are in search ofa Fashion-forward, highly motivated Retail Store Manager to successfully coordinate a fast-paced and high energy environment for our Bridal/ Prom division.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, review data, and prepare sales strategies. Implement and evaluate strategies.
• Coordinate closely and directly with Simone as well as Advertising Reps to create campaigns and marketing strategy, determine images andmedia purchases.
• Assist key customers and grow relationships with new. Facilitate customer orders and assist with delays, shortages, etc.
• Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports. And schedule Salon required meetings with Staff.
• Ensure an excellent costumer experience by seeking, training, coaching high caliber Sales professional.

• Repair and monitorStaff work schedules and time off tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3-5 yrs. experience in sales, marketing, public relations, etc.Retail experience preferred.
• Need strong communication skills and a strong team player
• Highly motivated, ambitious and confidence.
• Need up-to-date awareness and "eye" for teen fashion.
• Need strong research and strategic planning abilities. Good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable speaking to large groups and delivering sales presentations.Great negotiation and persuasion ability.
• Must be well organized, able to multi-task, and adaptable.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft office, database systems, Point of Sales systems and social media.
