HVAC/Contracting company located near Garden City seeks an experienced Comptroller / Full Charge Bookkeeper.
*** The successful candidate MUST have certified payroll and be proficient with QuickBooks. ***
Main responsibilities will include but are NOT limited to the following: Utilize all facets of QuickBooks, preparation/review of monthly reports (AR, AP, GL), overseeing one Bookkeeper, weekly processing of payroll via ADP, preparation/review of certified payroll reports, record keeping, processing 401k contributions, processing invoices/insurance/car payments, posting and management of AP and AR, AIA billing, preparation of sales and use tax returns, collection calls, bank recs, etc.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 contingent upon prior experience
