Quality Control Inspector

This individual will be responsible for reading and interpreting documents such as QC procedures, work instructions, specifications, drawings, and purchase orders. The QC Inspector will need to verify the conditions and calibration of all inspection & test equipment prior to use and completing the inspection. This person needs to be able to jump in and know how to perform First Article's of Inspection (measurements, dimensions, filling out reports)
This individual will be inspecting electronic subassemblies and PCB's and performing in-process and final inspections on these assemblies by using measuring tools and ensuring they are in accordance with the applicable OPPI procedures/instructions.
The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of ISO9001, MIL, and IPC Specifications...AS9100 is a PLUS
Once the inspection process is completed they will be responsible for documenting that all specified operations have been completed and will be required to verify purchase order quality has been met.
This individual will also be responsible to keep a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- CMM Experience is a PLUS
- Photometrics Experience is a PLUS - reading light levels and levels on the displays
