Currently, Integrity is seeking an Office Assistant/Coordinator
Earn $15-$16 per hour to start. This is a Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Summary
Our client is a premier manufacturer of industrial plumbing products. They've been in the industry for over 40 years and continue to create innovative and specialized products for the gas industry market.

Job Duties
• Answer phones & greet visitors
• Manage relationships with vendors for office supplies, computers, phones etc.
• Troubleshoot basic IT problems.
• Manage company phone system via Avaya IP Office Manager.
• Maintain and update company contacts & calendar.
• Prepare production reports for the Manager of Engineering & Production.
• Prepare monthly random testing reports for the Manager of Quality & Safety.
• Assist in creating safety checklist and safety documents displayed throughout the office and manufacturing area.
• Create PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist sales representatives and management with reports, projects and travel requests.
• Order and maintain all office supplies & equipment.
• Work on various projects for the controller, including obtaining W-9's, Certificates of Insurance and Resale Certificates.
• Process incoming mail and distribute.
• Create office procedure manual. Update as needed.
• Assist with scheduling facilities maintenance.
• Maintain record of all archived files stored off-site.
• Run company errands. (i.e. US Post Office, Sam's Club, Staples)

• Proven professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Ability to meet guidelines and work under pressure.
• 2+ years of previous administrative experience
• Strong excel, oral, and written skills
