Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Comfortable working Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm, potential OT and
weekends as neededExperience using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
Outlook)2+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Call center experienceHealthcare experienceExperience working in an office setting using the telephone and
