Having experienced 10-fold growth in the last 4 years, HouseCalls is in need of several IT Operations Managers to drive development across a diverse suite of new products using leading-edge technologies.  We are seeking an Operations Manager with strong operational, leadership and technical skills. The right candidate will have an experienced operational background and will have a strong sense of ownership with regard to product performance.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Improve overall quality, performance and security of solutions.
Provide technical guidance during production disruptions
Collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements
Perform production issue triage Including war room participation
Capital plan management
Generation and presentation of operational metrics
Oversee proof of concept development
Facilitate and manage security and audit practices
Accelerate process improvement

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience production support triage
4+ years of experience project plan management
Proven experience with performance monitoring (DynaTrace, DCRUM, BSM, etc.)
Proven experience with security and audit practices
Proven experience with process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Proven experience with capital plan management
