Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 for Indiana University Hospital located in Indianapolis, Indiana. UH has 325 beds and is part of IU Health System.  The Environmental Services Manager will have oversight for 28 client-paid team members.  

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong customer service skills, outstanding verbal/written communication skills. Knowledge of Sodexo Environmental Services programs a must and knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Individual will need to drive patient satisfaction scores. The starting time for this role is 12:30pm, and the Environmental Services/Housekeeping Custodial Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
