Skills:
-Efficient, professional communication skills (You will spend 80% of your workday on the phone.)
-Ability to listen, read, and follow directions.
-Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn).
-Ability to keep your cell phone and internet status updates out of the workplace.
Job Description:
-Telephone work: you will make both incoming and outgoing calls.
-Schedule service calls according to needs.
-Other miscellaneous office duties as required.
-Part-time to Full-time hours between the hours of 8:30 to 5, M-F (No weekends, no Major Holidays).
-Position starts at $8/hr.
-You will also be required to coexist with our spoiled office cat!
