Evans Tire & Service Centers, Inc. has an immediate F/T opening for Customer Service/Office Administrator Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.

 

Description: Under the direction of the Controller, this position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical support activities to maintain an efficient office environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ yrs. experience in an office environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task projects effectively, extremely organized, deadline driven and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required. 

 

Major Functions:

  • Customer Service:
    • Catalog, facilitate, track and manage customer service calls through completion.
  • Office Administration:
    • Perform functions such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying.
    • Coordinate supply/parts orders and payments.
    • Accounts receivable support from setting up new accounts through collections.
    • Reporting, tracking and follow up for all major projects.
    • Maintain overall office functions by organizing office operations and procedures.
    • Special projects as required by management.
