About this job
We are looking for a dependable, results driven individual who would be interested in part-time work. We are a condominium community of 26 units on Staffordshire Lane in Concord, and we do not have a sprinkler system for our lawn. Therefore, we need someone who can start immediately through September on a part-time basis to water the lawns throughout the property. Our unit owners have been helping, but it has become too much for them to handle themselves.
This position pays $13 per hour. Ideally the right person would be available for anywhere between 1-3 hours at least every other day. We are willing to work with you though if you are the right person and have a set schedule you need this to work around.
