We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.  This role will be located either in our Schaumburg, IL, Eden Prairie, MN, or Irvine, CA offices.
 
The position will work primarily on Specialty Pharmacy related projects as it pertains to budgeting/forecasting for revenues and operating expenses.  This role will also focus on operational analysis and reporting pertaining to staffing and efficiency levels.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Business Planning and Financial Modeling
Providing in depth financial analysis and reporting
Producing internal monthly reporting
Monitoring current and projected exposure
Budgeting, Forecasting for Revenues and Operating Expenses at the account level detail
Management Reporting, including P&L and Capital oversight
Reporting actual results versus budget, forecast and prior year with key variance explanations
Financial Package Submissions
Business / Drug Pricing Analysis
Performing ad-hoc analysis to enhance decisions and improve profitability

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
1+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial reports
Advanced proficiency level working with Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft, and/or with SQL language and building queries using SQL
Financial modeling experience
Presenting recommendations to senior leadership
Healthcare experience
