Kitchen & Sanitation Assistant

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently interviewing for full-time Kitchen & Sanitation Assistants for our chowder manufacturing facility located at 11777 Cyrus Way in Mukilteo.

The people hired for these full-time positions will work 10 hours per day (3:30pm to 2:00am, with a half hour lunch) from Monday to Thursday, will earn $13 per hour, and will focus mainly on sanitation and cleanup of the smallwares, equipment, and facility. Due to our holiday production schedule, Friday and Saturday mandatory overtime is possible from October to December.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:

• Food manufacturing/processing is a definite plus, but not required
• Experience in food/restaurants a plus
• Able to maintain a fast paced and physically demanding production schedule
• Able to lift 30 pounds to shoulder level throughout the day
• Able to constantly use hands/wrists
