This position will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Negotiating Benefits
- Restructuring Benefits Department
- Managing the Third Party Benefits
- Developing and Managing Benefit Plans
- Contract Negotiations
- Budgeting
- Managing Payroll
- Covering Payroll when needed
- Main Management Contact for Benefits and Payroll
- department
Ideal candidate will have the following Experience/Qualities:
- Diverse Management Background
- Budgetary Analysis Experience
- Financial Background
- Contract Negotiating Background
- Connections in the Benefits Community is a plus
- Benefits Certs are a plus
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of benefit management
- 5+ years of payroll management
- Financial background
