Benefits and Payroll Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Benefits and Payroll Manager will be part of the People and Management division. This division is made up of Financial, HR and Accounting roles. Please review the job information below:

This position will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Negotiating Benefits
• Restructuring Benefits Department
• Managing the Third Party Benefits
• Developing and Managing Benefit Plans
• Contract Negotiations
• Budgeting
• Managing Payroll
• Covering Payroll when needed
• Main Management Contact for Benefits and Payroll
• department

Ideal candidate will have the following Experience/Qualities:

• Diverse Management Background
• Budgetary Analysis Experience
• Financial Background
• Contract Negotiating Background
• Connections in the Benefits Community is a plus
• Benefits Certs are a plus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of benefit management
• 5+ years of payroll management
• Financial background
