Baked by Melissa is seeking Seasonal Associates to support the operation of our stores. This is a seasonal position for a duration of approximately 3-4 weeks, beginning early December. Seasonal Associates should be available to work 4 shifts (i.e., 32 hours) per week.
There is potential for Seasonal Associates to be offered permanent positions, based on individual performance.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Welcomes customers to the store with a personal greeting, and provides friendly, efficient service
● Suggests products that meet customers' needs, neatly boxes every order, and processes sale and customer payment at the register
● Maintains a clean and organized store, restocks inventory items, and ensures products are properly stored at all times
● Provides support to front of house and back of house as needed
● This position handles product that is already baked/prepared - baking experience is NOT required
