● Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation

● Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained in order to increase sales volume and control inventory
● Responsible for executing all monthly promotions
● Meet operational sales and profitability goals and submit weekly results with action plan for future development on goals and special projects
● Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and related CPU/register equipment for efficient operation
● Work as a team to share knowledge, training, and time with any CEFCO owned food service operation to ensure overall company success
● Provide sales and profitability data to the CEFCO/Fikes management team
● Exercise loss prevention strategies related to cash and security control, working with CEFCO Loss Prevention Team as necessary
● Learn, understand, and practice any related franchise policies and procedures as required from a legal aspect and to maintain a sound operation
● Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
● Order, receive, and maintain controls for inventory
● Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits
● Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork
● Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur
● Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws within the scope of the food service operation
● Manage the maintenance of the environment inside and around the perimeter of the restaurant
● Exhibit personal accountability for every action
● Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures
