“My obligations at home have changed. Being a Shift Manager offers me the flexibility to hold a position of responsibility and take care of my needs at home.”
General Store Shift Managers typically work 25 to 35 hours per week, which includes a combination of day and evening shifts. They earn wages similar to those of Sales Associates but are paid a shift differential for taking on the added responsibility involved with the position.
Shift Manager positions are also available at select stores in our Food Service Departments. Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred, but as with all positions, excellent training is provided.
