Assistant Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Store Management Team is responsible for proper and efficient total operations of the store. Managing a Flash Foods store is fast paced and requires the ability to train, coach and lead a team of Sales Associates as well as ensure the continued profitability of the store. You must be able to communicate effectively with Sales Associates, vendors and customers in a way that positively represents Flash Foods. You will be required to move between tasks quickly and provide quick resolutions to problems as they arise. You should be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks daily - remembering that the customer always comes first.
