The General Manager reports to the Area Manager and directly supervises restaurant employees and assistant general managers.

Position Summary
● Maintains the highest level of quality, service, and cleanliness
●Takes active role in customer service and customer relations
●Maintains high level of productivity through effective hiring, training, and scheduling of employees
●Directs staff to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
●Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security
