The Kneaders brand is built on delighting our guests in a way that creates loyalty. We do this by offering fresh, high quality food, provide comfort to the guests and building meaningful relationships with our guests, community, employees, vendors and suppliers. We are looking for individuals who can help provide fresh food, promote a comfortable environment and enhance caring relationships to join our team.
We are currently hiring a full-time grill employee. Must be able to work fast and accurately while working with a team, to manage the operations of a fast moving kitchen. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with, also must work with a sense of urgency. This grill position can be a stressful position but is one of the funnest in the entire bakery.
Shifts usually range from 6am-2pm Monday-Saturday.
DUTIES
Must prepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency. Must assist with food preparation neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items. Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude. Clean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled. Understand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard. Enjoy people and specialize in outstanding customer service, while making Kneaders an enjoyable environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with, while displaying a sense of urgency. We need an employee who is organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality service and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinking. Great work ethic. Must be able to work during holiday season. Must be able to work as part of a team, especially during rush hours. Willing to be flexible with work schedule if needed. Must be able to pass the menu test within one week of being hired with 100% accuracy.
