Guest Service:
● A Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining guest service as per company standard.
● Is responsible for the efficient expedition of all guest transactions as well as ensuring guest satisfaction and proper control of all cash and media materials.
● Directly interact with customers for the purpose of providing fast, friendly service.
Bookkeeping:
● Maintain store inventory and ensure merchandise is stocked, rotated, and readily available for guests.
● Accurately complete the required paperwork for their shift as outlined by company policies and procedures.
General Job Duties:
● Ensure the store is kept clean for all guests.
● Ensure store clerks are maintaining housekeeping and maintenance requirements and assist in providing guest service, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
● Provide day-to-day prioritization of work assignments to the store clerks.
● Train, coach, delegate tasks, and follow-up with employees as necessary.
● Ensures compliance of company policies, procedures and practices.
● Support company loss prevention efforts.
● Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of all store clerks and communicates performance issues to management.
● Provide orderly maintenance of front-end supplies.
● Any other duties as assigned by management.
