Line Cook (Sandwich Maker)

The Line Cook must know and follow established company methods, abiding by portion control guidelines and sanitary procedures while assembling food items. The line cook is also responsible for setting up food stations and restocking items, organizing, sanitizing and cleaning the kitchen, storage areas and coolers. This position requires attention to detail, an ability to remain calm and work quickly under pressure. This position is part of the Back of House team, reports directly to the lead sandwich maker (team lead) of the shift and indirectly to the general manager of the store.
