Prep Cook - Full-time / Part-time

The Prep Cook must know and follow established company processes, abiding by portion control, sanitary and safety requirements while preparing food items. The prep cook is responsible for cleaning, cutting, measuring and or combining food items. A prep cook is also responsible for the organization of the food prep area by maintaining proper storing, rotating and sanitation procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipate and communicate oncoming inventory needs. This position is part of the Back of House team, reports directly to the general manager of the store.
