The Front of House Shift Leader is responsible for helping to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and maintains quality controls for cleanliness while learning the business of restaurant management through on the job training.
● Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD)
● Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working the front door and dining areas
● Upholds all company values and service standards at all times
● Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles
● Conducts table visits to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift
● Handles guest complaints and communicates problems to the MOD
● Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management
● Ensure the safety of employees & guests at all times
● Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
