Utility employees ensures our hospitality makes for a great place for customers to relax, have fun, and be with friends. Employees in this position:
●Keep all areas of the restaurant clean by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
●Maintain the exterior cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping and eliminating trash
●Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all plateware, silverware, and glassware
●Restock clean and sanitized plateware and prep equipment to designated areas
●Assist in keeping all guest areas clean and presentable
●Set up and break down the dish machine according to proper procedure
●Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation policies & procedures
●Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
●Exhibit teamwork with other employees
●Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees
●Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
