Statement of the Job
Every Sales Associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within Company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store. The term sales associate applies to the positions of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift employee, both full and part time. The Company does not hire for specific shifts and/or days and each team member is expected to be available for all days and all shifts including Holidays. When possible, a store manger will make every effort to provide flexible scheduling in an attempt to accommodate the requests of our team members.

Chain of Command
A chain of command represents the proper means for communicating under the Company structure. Sales Associates report to and under the direction of the Store Manager and in the absence of the Store Manager, under the direction of the Store Lead Cashier. Please reference your employee manual for the full corporate chain of command.
