Dishwasher - Full-time / Part-time

Dishwashers hold the responsibility of cleaning all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies for a restaurant. A dishwasher must keep the dish room and dish machine in clean, working order by company standards and sanitation guidelines.
General Responsibilities
● Ensuring the cleanliness of every dish, pot, pan, piece of silverware, and glass that goes to the kitchen and our guests
● Must rinse all excess food from dishes and utensils
● Place all dishes and utensils in wash racks and process through the dishwasher
● Must ensure that the dishwasher is at the appropriate water temperature
● Proper usage of detergent are being used in the dish mashing and washing sinks
● Proper sanitation is being used to clean walls, countertops, and floors of the dish washing area
● Maintaining sage, clean and organized walk ways in the kitchen
● Responsible for the back dock or dumpster areas. You must maintain these areas so that they are free from debris at all times
