JOB SUMMARY:
The I T & Computer Repair Technician will be expected to work well in a team environment. S/he will work closely with other Managers and peers throughout the Rent-2-Own workplace. The I T & Computer Repair Technician will work with and help lead a team in making decisions about technical and systems development within the organization as well as assisting in repairs to computers and the network. As a key technical resource for Countryside Rentals, the incumbent will exercise a high degree of support for the Department Manager in setting the direction for technical developments and overseeing implementation of projects for the organization. In both the technical and administrative areas, this person must be able to deal with situations and problems where formal resources are not available or directly applicable. The position must have and use a body of knowledge about IT, software support, and hardware repair combined with standard departmental and Company business needs.
