About this job

The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for delighting the customer in a way that makes them come back tomorrow. That by the way is our mission statement, delighting the customer in a way that makes them come back tomorrow. While that is the Sales Associates primary responsibility, there are lots of little things the Sales Associate will do to accomplish that mission statement. Here are a few of the things you'll be doing:

● Checking out customers (fast, friendly, and accurate!)
● Brewing delicious coffee (we're a little bit bias about how good our coffee is!)
● Cleaning and maintaining restrooms (so clean, your mother would be proud!)
● Stocking the coolers and shelves with merchandise (we can't sell it if we don't have it!)
● Emptying trash cans (ok, not glamorous but even the President does it!)
● Picking up trash in the parking lot (see above!)
● Cleaning the fuel dispensers (who wants to buy fuel from a dirty dispenser?!)
● Mopping the floor (its good exercise and it delights the customer!)
● Putting receipt paper in the fuel dispensers (because customers don't want to have to go inside for a receipt!)
There are lots of other things that you will learn and do on your shifts at Roadrunner. We always try to learn better ways to get our jobs done, so being flexible is definitely a requirement!
