Harris Teeter is hiring Full Time Grocery Manager Trainees!
Interviews will be held in July!
Manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department. May also be assigned responsibility for the HBC/GM Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements:
- Prior retail/foodservice management experience of 1+ years
- Must be 18 years or older
- Open availability for overnight shifts between 9pm-8am and have flexible schedule
- Have managed up to 10 people
- Have reliable transportation and willing to commute for training purposes and management opportunities
- Be able to lift up to 100lbs consistently
- Will be paid between $14-17/hour
