Responsibilities include:
Â
Assisting Residents with ADL's as necessary (including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming)
Â
Helping other Team Members to complete assignments.Â
Â
Assisting with Therapeutic Recreation programs, and transportation needs.Â
Â
Administering medications.
Â
Ensuring that Residents' nutritional needs are met. Offers evening snack to residents.
Â
Documenting Resident care appropriately
Â
Maintaining Resident records in appropriate manner.
Â
Notifying pharmacy of need for medication refills.
Assures weekly labs are completed.
Â
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)or active registry status on the PA Nurse Aide Registry. Care experience is preferred; excellent customer service skills required. Â
