Are you OUTGOING, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic? If you are interested in learning about the benefits of massage and facials AND are eager to learn about the Massage Envy Wellness Membership program, then you will enjoy a career with us as Sales Consultant.
You must possess an understanding of the importance of client relations, rapport building and
have a passion for working with people. We want people who provide EXCELLENT customer service
and are HUNGRY for SALES! Must be able to perform operational duties.
Our Sales Consultants:
- Educate the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Membership Program to
clients
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls,
setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their
payments
- Assist in maintaining a professional reception area and cleanliness
of the spa
- Create an exceptional experience for clients through a friendly and
helpful attitude
- Assist in operational tasks including booking appointments, managing flow of business, filing, file maintenance, and data entry
Requirements:
- OUTGOING and Enjoy Sales
- YOU MUST HAVE A SALES BACKGROUND to apply for this position!!!! <(I would take this out because you could be turning away a natural sales person who doesn’t have experience)
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and able to communicate effectively with
