Home Instead Senior Care, the world's leading provider of non-medical in home care to the elderly, has an overnight position open in the Robards, KY area. We are looking for an individual who has a caring and compassionate heart for the elderly. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to supplement their monthly income while enhancing the life of a senior. Since we are a non-medical provider, no special certifications are required. All training is provided to give you the skills you need.
Additional hours and clients may be available in the area but schedules may vary.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Companionship and conversation
•Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
•Medication and appointment reminders
•Assistance with grooming and bathing
•Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
•Alzheimer’s Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
•Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
•Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
•Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
•Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
