About this job
Upland Brewing Company is seeking line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers for our Pump House in Columbus, IN. Menu is based on our ideals of house made food utilizing local ingredients. Prep cooks will be responsible for production of all soups, sauces, dressings etc. Ability to follow recipes and basic knife skills are a must, early morning availability is also necessary. Line cooks will be responsible for preparation of all dishes during service as well as the break down and cleaning of the kitchen. Experience with all kitchen equipment (i.e. grill, fryers, salamander, stoves) is a must. Experience cooking meat to temp is a plus.
